The Role:
This is a newly created position due expansion and growth within our organisation. The Operations Coordinator will play a central role in development and maintenance of HR functions, provide generalist HR support, ongoing development of company procedures, facilitating workshops for policy updates and work on key projects for the company internationally to achieve our goals. This role also assumes responsibility for the smooth running of day to day office operations, therefore you will be overseeing the management of our Corporate Receptionists.

The successful candidate will be able to clearly demonstrate the following abilities and skills:
 
- Continue to build on our existing HR functions in AU/NZ by adopting a 'business partnering' approach.
- Have strong analytical skills and problem solving ability plus be tenacious in your follow up
- The ability to handle highly sensitive & confidential information appropriately
- Have a high attention to detail
-  Be a multi-tasker & be flexible - Be able to adapt to business priorities in a dynamic environment
-  Strong interpersonal skills which enable effective interaction with staff of all levels within the organisation. 

- Be able to demonstrate a high degree of tolerance, diplomatic sensitivity and empathetic listening skills.

- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

This role would suit a person who can demonstrate a successful track record in a senior Administration, HR or Coordinator position. Experience in managing staff previously is highly desirable
