An exciting opportunity exists for an Administration Assistant in this growing organisation within the Financial Services sector. With corporate offices on St Kilda road, this organisation is seeking a competent individual with strong Excel, Word and Power point skills to provide support to the COO and Director, as well as Marketing Administration support for the initiatives planned for the year ahead.
You will be familiar with working in a small team environment; have experience in collaborating professionally; in addition to communicating well with all stakeholders. This is a varied role with the main focus around the generation of statistics for management reports; ongoing formatting of documentation; arranging travel arrangements; providing support for in house seminars; event management and marketing administration. In addition, you will be more than willing to take on any ad hoc administration duties as required of an Office Manager.
To be considered for this crucial position, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong initiative and a can- do positive attitude, as well as bring experience working in the professional or financial service Industries. You will be rewarded with a 12 month contract that will develop your Executive Assistant and Marketing skills in a professional environment.
