* Previous experience in Customer Service and/or administration roles
* Microsoft Office experience – Word, Excel skills a must

* Clear communication – writing / reading and comprehension
* Professional grooming/presentation
* Ideally your own transport
* Previous Local Government experience would be advantageous for some roles
