Elgas is a national distributor of LPG Gas and Gas Appliances. The Lismore branch is seeking a motivated individual to join their close knit team as an administration assistant and customer service officer.

This position will include varied administration duties across all aspects of the business. Responsibilities will include database management, basic accounts including invoicing, stock ordering, face to face and over the phone customer service. The right candidate must be able to work full time. This opportunity will suit someone that can demonstrate initiative, motivation and attention to detail. A work history within a utilities industry will be highly regarded.

To be considered, you must possess a confident telephone manner, a high level of computer literacy and sound knowledge of MS Office. Demonstration of experience in customer service is also essential.
