We have several opportunities for Administration Officers. Our clients are seeking charismatic Administration Officers to join their dynamic teams in Darwin.
To be considered for these roles, it is essential to have all of the following experience and attributes:
- 1+ years strong Administration background
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products (mainly word, Excel and Outlook)
- Customer Service
- A high level of written and verbal communication
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
It is also desirable to have one of the following skills:
- Maintaining of invoicing
- Responsible for accounts payable
