We have a current vacancy for an experienced, professional Administration Assistant to work for a leading Occupational Medicine Provider in Newcastle. Duties will include: - Greeting patients and clients
- Answering phones and managing switchboard
- scheduling and booking appointments
- liaising with clients regarding result reports
To be successful you will need: - Previous experience in a multi faceted admin role
- Strong customer service background
- Clear and professional telephone manner
- A friendly & approachable disposition
- Drivers license and own transport (for occasional, local travel required)
