Administration Assistant
Programmed Integrated Workforce is a proactive industry leader in the provision of managed labour, labour hire and staffing solutions.

We have a current vacancy for an experienced, professional Administration Assistant to work for a leading Occupational Medicine Provider in Newcastle.

Duties will include:

  • Greeting patients and clients
  • Answering phones and managing switchboard
  • scheduling and booking appointments
  • liaising with clients regarding result reports

To be successful you will need:

  • Previous experience in a multi faceted admin role
  • Strong customer service background
  • Clear and professional telephone manner
  • A friendly & approachable disposition
  • Drivers license and own transport (for occasional, local travel required)

This position is full time - Monday - Friday with a 9 day fortnight.
