Duties and responsibilities range from: - Processing of Monthly payroll runs
- Reporting on a monthly basis
- High volume end to end payroll including hiring, terminations and redundancies
- Payroll of up to 1,500 employees
- Working with very strict payroll deadlines and targets
- Customer service on all payroll related queries
The experience that would make you stand out from the crowd is: - Managed a payroll run for more than 1,000 people
- Quick and accurate data entry skills, numeric or alphanumeric
- Working knowledge of laws, legislations and EBA's surrounding Payroll within Australia
- Experience running monthly payroll in high volume environments
- Ability to work very well under pressure and adhering to strict payroll deadlines
- Peoplesoft system exposure would be highly regarded but not needed
